?\ufe0f Dans cette vid\u00e9o vous trouverez mes conseils pour renforcer les quadriceps qui avec les ischios-jambiers nous permettent de r\u00e9aliser le mouvement d’ondulation de sir\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

?\u200d\u2642\ufe0f Dans la vid\u00e9o compl\u00e8te nous commen\u00e7ons avec un exercice d’\u00e9chauffement d’une minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

? S’en suit de 3 exercices de renforcement musculaire. L’exercice de squatt est \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser 10 fois, celui de la chaise durant 30 secondes \u00e0 1 minute pour les plus aguerris. Le dernier exercice est \u00e0 faire 10 fois pour chaque jambe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2795 Dans le cas o\u00f9 vous vous sentez suffisamment en forme pour faire une s\u00e9rie (faire plusieurs fois les exercices), veillez \u00e0 respecter une pause d’une minute entre chaque s\u00e9rie et pas plus de 6 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

?\u200d\u2640\ufe0f Nous terminons par deux \u00e9tirements \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser au moins 10 secondes pour chaque jambe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

? Ces exercices sont \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser au moins une fois par semaine afin d’\u00e9viter les blessures et plus souvent pour un renforcement musculaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
